Truly a Jane-of-all-trades, Kiya has a diverse professional past, and a personal life to match. Finding a career wasn’t easy for her — she always battled between what she wanted to do and what she felt she had to do. After realizing she shouldn’t have to choose between her desires and her budget, she’s made it her mission to help all of you build bridges to dream jobs that help you do what you love.
And she wouldn’t brag, so we’ll do it for her: this powerhouse can play 4 instruments, once headlined a play, and was a DJ for 3 weeks in college! How do I get my new resume, and how do you optimize my LinkedIn?Here's our process: We’ll have you fill out a questionnaire, and you’ll send your current resume and a link to your LinkedIn profile to us. Then we'll conduct our Discovery Call, optimize your resume, and email it back to you within 10 business days! And while we won’t be logging into your LinkedIn ourselves (privacy and security are biggies to us), we’ll provide a comprehensive, personalized loom review video + feedback document with copy/paste updates to be made to your LinkedIn. And yes, we want you to make *all* the updates — if we wrote them down, it was for a reason, we promise. If there are changes that don't align or make sense for you, reach out to us! And if we recommended any upskilling, get signed up. Start building your network and apply to jobs!

How do I know which product or service is right for me?It depends on where you feel stuck. If you’re making a simple transition and just need some guidance and which career to transition into and how to optimize your resume, then our done-for-you service, The Optimizer, is a good fit. If you land interviews that go nowhere, get crickets when you send out applications, negotiating makes your skin crawl, and you’re not sure what you actually want to do, then The Accelerator program is perfect for you.

Will you actually help me get a job?This is our #1 goal 🙌🏾 Our role as Career Strategists is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but know that your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, follow-through, and direct application of the strategies provided. Results differ for each individual and it depends on a person’s unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. We can’t predict and we don’t guarantee that you’ll get a particular result. But, know that we do have your absolute best interest in mind and will set you up for success to the best of our abilities.

Do you provide reverse recruiting services?We do not offer reverse recruiting services. Our focus is on empowering clients to make job transitions through our do-it-yourself products, done-for-you service, and group coaching opportunities. Though we understand that finding and applying to jobs can be incredibly frustrating, we have found that giving our clients the brand collateral they need (with The Optimizer) or teaching them step-by-step how to reach their 6 Figure Goals (in The Accelerator) is much more impactful in the long run than finding and applying to a handful of jobs on their behalf.
